David joined LGT in 1987. He has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. He is responsible for audit services, as well as accounting and tax services, for a number of businesses. His extensive and diverse auditing experience includes, but is not limited to, audits of financial statements of SEC registrants, privately-owned companies, employee benefit plans, and not-for-profit organizations. David also provides advisory services related to designing, implementing, or critiquing internal control and financial reporting systems, and preparing forecasts and projections.
